The modern machines are developing with a higher speed, bigger load and lighter, so the need of dynamic balancer enlarged rapidly. With the appearance of the objects with high-speeding rotation and the development of modern industry and technology, the contacts of every device in the production system become tighter. These machines are easy to be failed as the influence of some aspects. Once one is broken, the whole of the device, even all of the production process will be failed. It could result in a great damage; even people would die or get injured. It's of great importance to take examination of transmission shafts, in dynamic balancing.In recent years, a great amount of advanced, mature dynamic balancers come into China from abroad., and become the main supplier of the higher domain, which are very expensive. Meanwhile, the dynamic balancers in China have developed greatly, but mainly still in lower domain, and the exoteric data is hard to find.So, this paper mainly develop the dynamic balancer based on multi-CPU embedded system. First, analyze an advanced balancing arithmetic- Testing and Demarcating through the basic theory of dynamic balancing. After that, design the dynamic balancer based on MSP430 and PC104, including collective design, the design of hardware and software, and experiment. Then compared PC104 with ARM, make an improvement of the system.At last, summarize all the paper.
