This paper designs a miniaturized single-sided dynamic balance detection system which can be used in large-scale fans and grinders.The field dynamic balance test equipment is an important tool to solve the vibration test and dynamic balance vibration reduction of high-speed rotating machinery in the working field.In the field dynamic balancing work,due to the large volume of the field dynamic balancing instrument,it is inconvenient to carry it and arrange it on site,which brings difficulties to the field maintenance.According to the experimental study,the dynamic balance of large fan and grinder can meet the requirements by single side balance.For the dynamic balance of large-scale fan and grinder,the use of single channel can help reduce the volume of the equipment.At the same time,the development of embedded technology also drives the progress of dynamic balance test.Its highly integrated circuit and powerful power provide conditions for the miniaturization of dynamic balance equipment.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The signal processing circuit is built.The self calibration circuit is designed for instrument self checking.A filter circuit is designed to ensure the accuracy of the collected signal.The vibration signal selective amplifying circuit is designed when the vibration signal is weak.The signals collected by the vibration sensor can be received at the signal processing end by wireless transmission.2.Design signal acquisition system.The stm32f407 microcontroller and ad7616 conversion chip are used to build the signal acquisition system,and the 64 times frequency trigger mode is used to realize the whole period sampling of vibration signal.Write timer interrupt and sampling subroutine,and transmit data to upper computer and display lower computer through serial port transmission.3.Design and display the lower computer.Write serial interrupt function to receive data,write EEPROM program to read and write parameters in 24C02 memory.Write the dynamic balance calculation program,and calculate the unbalance data of the tested object.Write LCD program to display unbalanced data on LCD screen.4.Design upper computer software.The upper computer software is used for dynamic balance detection to ensure the detection accuracy.At the same time,the calibration parameters are transmitted to the display lower computer for calculation.5.Experiment and verification.Through the experiment of vibration sensor,the experiment of data acquisition and transmission system,the application experiment of wireless signal transmission and the whole experiment of miniaturized single side dynamic balance detection system.
