| Evaluation method and technology, as important means of implementing management and auxiliary decision-making, are of vital importance in practical management work. Based on qualitative analysis plus quantitative analysis's module and method, digitized evaluation is to efficiently use computer auxiliary tool to form a complete set of evaluation method and technology. Comparing with those old evaluation systems, digitized evaluation system has the features of faster operation speed, higher comprehensive evaluation efficiency and better objectivity. These features meet the need of management work that requires high efficiency and proficiency. So the technology has all the time become one of the hot issues in the field of management science in recent years.Together with the fast development and progress of military science and technology, all sorts of new-type high-tech arms, arms of services and war tactics keep showing up. Problems related to military strategic decision-making, military evaluation, and the alike have become more complex and important, covering a wider range than ever before. Military developed countries attach great importance to the construction of military comprehensive evaluation system, with large amount of manpower, material resources and financial being devoted to the project. Comparing to these countries, research on digitized military evaluation starts late and no practical evaluation system appears at present. So the research on such a system is of realistic significance.This essay introduces a simple but practical frame design about digitized military evaluation system as well as software implement of part of the models. In software models design, my two main research results - assessment index's dividing and assessment resault's nonlinear compensating which were provided in my graduate study were used as key technology and innovation points in the system. Otherwise, I also conduct some profitable experiments on translating research findings available within the science to practical application by using relational database technology, network-based programming technology and information management technology. After a period of development and debugging, this system almost accomplishes the designing requirements and has become a practical and reliable system to a certain degree. |
