Based On Gprs Intelligent Electrical Energy Monitoring And Billing System

This Subject is originated of the System of electric power intellectual supervisory and control, and electricity charge and calculating based on GPRS. The System is automation tool, which can transfer, intellectually supervise and control the data of electricity power on real time, and count electric charge. From applying purpose, collecting data, realizing means, this system is different from traditional SCADA system and MIS profession management System.The paper discussed technology used in developing system: GPRS, object-oriented programming technology, database technology and so on. Also we discussed the problem we encountered in the course of developing system, constructed expenditure on GPRS, the realizing of the module of the system, the database design of the system. And also we finished the query, analysis of the electricity data, charge counting and report form printing.The thesis is constituted of three parts. In the first part, we introduced the developing of the electricity industry system, and proposed our system and it's modules. In the second parts, we discussed the technology and the realizing methods of the system. In the last part, we discussed the function of the system and come to the conclusion.
