Design Of An Intelligent Over-Inflation Controller

Tire pressure is one of the important paraters to automotive performance and safety. In atutomobile production line, both process control precision of tire inflation pressure and inflation efficiency are importment.In order to meet the requirement of mass production, an intelligent inflation controller is designed, and high accuracy and efficient inflation process is implemented.Characteristics of flow in nozzle is analysed and discussed in depth.The design of system parameters, such as working pressure of air compressor, flow rate and the air reserve tank are presented.
