New Type Gas Jet Rail Pressure Sensor Of Vehicle

Gas vehicles are low emission environmentally friendly cars. National policy requirements gas vehicle emission standards to country V and gas vehicle must be equipped with jet rail pressure sensor to meet the emissions requirements. At the present stage, the pressure sensor of the jet rail used in gas vehicle industry is a positive pressure technology of silicon pressure sensor, its reliability and stability are insufficient. The design " New type gas jet rail pressure sensor of vehicle” in the title is studied using silicon pressure sensor back compression technology of new car design method and making process of jet rail pressure, in order to improve the reliability and stability of the jet rail pressure sensor, promote the technology development of gas steam jet car rail pressure sensor.This paper " New type gas jet rail pressure sensor of vehicle” based on silicon pressure sensor back compression technology sensor package, mechanical structure, electrical connection, EMC design, signal processing etc. technology, and compression technology based on the reliability and stability of the injection gas rail pressure sensor is validated through experiments. Major highlights include:(1) Various ways of packing of silicon pressure sensor back compression technology study process feasibility and process, using experimental verification and analysis, combined with the actual application environment and cost level, select the most reasonable structure package;(2) Through the design of a new type of pressure sensor of the gas jet rail pressure sensor, the structure of the structure of the installation and the electrical connection structure of the sensor are used to form the overall structure of the sensor. By designing the signal processing circuit of the pressure sensor of the new vehicle, the electric protection circuit is used to form a reliable signal processing technology. The integration of structural components and the signal processing unit to form optimization design, the formation of high reliability products.(3) Through the test the new jet rail pressure sensor basic performance and reliability index, it is concluded that the series of test data and the data analysis, verify the new jet rail pressure sensor design reach the requirement of improving the reliability and stability.Finally through the design of two different pressure range of New type gas jet rail pressure sensor, product test data and practical application show that using silicon pressure sensor back compression technology can improve stability and reliability.
