The engine is a main source of automotive vibration, which takes an important influence on automotive comfort. Proper design of automotive powertrain's mount system would greatly reduce the vibration of automotive powertrain and body. The automotive powertrain's vibration main originates from two ways: one is the road surface random exciting and engine's ignition impulse while idle speed. Its frequency is often under 30hz. The other one is engine's imbalanced two-stage inertia force. Its frequency is between 25hz to 200hz. The automotive powertrain was fixed on chassis via mount system. The powertrain's mount system not only effectively must limit powertrain's displacement on chassis to ensure rational operation of powertrain but also sufficiently need isolate vibration transfer between powertrain and chassis.
