With the rapid development of the electronic and computer technology, the virtual instrument technology is widely applied in the field of the power withstand test as a new measure method。The traditional measure method of the power withstand test is to use the voltage meter, ammeter, power analyzer, frequency analyzer etc to measure the waveform and parameters of the power signals。The virtual instrument technology is to use the computer, sampling card, signal regulate circuits, etc to form a measure system, which changes the measure mode, raises the measure efficiency and reduces the costs。The virtual instrument is also the trend of the measure technology for the power withstand test。The author used the virtual technology to develop a software system, which can measure the waveform of voltage and current, calculate the peak value, effective value, power, distortion factor etc timely。the software can also realize the effect of the waveform draw and the file save, etc。During the development of the software, the author designed each...
