With the development of science and technology,aircraft not only plays a huge role in the military field,but also brings great convenience to people's travel and life.All of these are a higher requirement for the safety of the aircraft.The power system is the core component of the aircraft.Its quality is directly related to people's life safety.The power system must have high quality and reliability.In order to ensure the quality of the power system,we need to carry out a series of ground tests before the aircraft power is installed.In the ground test,in order to monitor the working state of the power system,power test ground monitoring system based on a virtual instrument is proposed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analysis of the functional requirements of the system.We have identified the main functions and monitoring parameters of the monitoring system by analyzing the technical requirements and cross-linking relations of the monitoring system.(2)Design of the system overall scheme.According to the main functions and monitoring parameters of the system,the overall scheme of the power monitoring system was designed.It includes the hardware platform based on IPC and the software framework based on ASSF.(3)Design and implementation of a hardware system.The hardware system mainly includes sensor module,signal conditioning module and data acquisition card.The composition and implementation of each module were introduced in detail.(4)Design and implementation of the software system.According to the hardware design and functional requirements of the power monitoring system,the software system was designed based on the multithreading technology.It mainly includes system selection module,data acquisition module,data communication module,data analysis module and data report module.The design idea and function realization of each module were introduced in detail.(5)Testing and debugging of the system.The hardware and software functions of the system were tested.The results show that all the modules of the system can work normally and achieve the expected design goals.On the other hand,the system was debugged on the spot.The result shows that the system works normally and accurately,and meets the monitoring requirements.At present,the system has been running in the research institute.The running results show that the system runs smoothly and the monitoring results are reliable.It is consistent with our expected goal.
