As the improvment of people's living standard, people are far more concern about their health situation. Blood pressure is the most improtant target which reflect the physiological status of human being. Normal blood pressure ,whose testing result has the extraordinary sense to the diajnose and therapy of disease, is the important factor that insure a healthy body. Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, ABPM,is a kind of long time,generally 24 hours, untrcumatic blood pressure monitoring system. Whole day of blood pressure wave statement and trend of the sufferer can be reflected by it. Many kinds of parameter that one time monitor can not get,can be obtained by it. As a result, it can make a great sense to rising up the health standard of humen being and seting down people's healthy fee, when a ambulatory blood pressure monitoring system with word wide standard and its own property right be explored.The system explored is based on the situation that many electronic blood pressure monitor on the market can only work out one result once,it can not monitor 24 hours continuously. The system is an easy taking ambulatory testing system which integrated by blood testing and cardiotach ometer. The system can be divide into two parts, one is shoftware the other is hardware. It is based on the embedded technology, using a CMOS chip S3C44B0X based on the ARM7TDMI which producted by Samsung.and extend a serious of integreted universal outside ware.Some of the function like ABPM, long way communication can be carried out by it.On the base of doing deal of reaserch into blood pressure's actuality, Oscillometric method and its detection method are especially be studied.SBP and DBP is detected through wave character method and extent coefficient method.A new method is advanced by them.On the base of theory of reserch, a deal of clinic experiment has been taken. By using Least-Squares draft count,curve is fiting.Blood pressure is tested by Oscillometric method and waves are emulated by the system.Through the compare of Oscillometric method and stethoscopy's result,it can be proved that veracity can be insured by the system. The realsituation of the disease can be reflected by it.
