The Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) is a complicated great nonlinear system which combines mechanical, electric, chemicals and Thermodynamic .The aim of the research of HEV is to make the vehicles Oil Consumption economically and to concern the cost of the vehicles as well. In this paper, the main object of research is Parallel Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) and the main method of research is fuzzy logic control strategy. The ADVISOR and Matlab/Simulink is used to simulate the auto model which is established power unit distributing model on fuzzy logic controller.The main task and acquire resulted from this paper include : Firstly, some kinds of typical machinery and control strategy that HEV has presented in this paper, which can help the researcher choose the right control strategy. Secondly, based on the SVW7183AGi car. a new parallel is designed and choice the main parameters. Thirdly, the paper introduces the fuzzy logic control strategy, and design a new kind of PHEV fuzzy logic controller which is based fuzzy logic theory. And then a simulation is done to show the new car's performance parameters by the ADVISOR soft. The result of simulation shows that this strategy is feasible and superior. The aim of low oil consume, low exhaustion and energy saving can be achieved.The fuzzy logic control strategy is simple and better than parallel electric aid strategy by the comparison of simulation. And it can change its rules to meet other kinds of HEV, so it has great vital force and can be used large scale. At the same time the result can be taken for the consult for the more research.
