Computer Simulation of construction process, considering all interrelated factors, can make a reasonable schedule. But most research in current simulation concentrate on technical flow of the process, i.e. producing concrete, transporting concrete and pouring concrete. The construction system ran under some rules ideally, which didn't consider the uncertain trait and the interaction process of modules. The research of the interaction of the models that participate in the project, which will make the simulation more flexible and actual, is the direction of the simulation development.The Multi-Agent Programming Methodology provides an effective method for simulating the interaction working process of the sides in system, of which the sides are constructed to substantive entity called Agent that owns the aim. This paper analyzed the working relations in construction systemically combined with Multi-Agent Methodology, introduced multithreading, C/S to the system, and researched the communication of the sides, at last built the Multi-Agent communication simulation model of concrete-dam construction.The paper constructed the Multi-Agent methodology in the simulation model and researched the interaction and communication of the agents in the concrete-dam construction simulation system. Finally the paper presented a frame of concrete-dam construction communication simulation system and the flow of the system and checked up the system in the project.
