Study On The Transformation Of Villages Within Urban In Guiyang

Since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy, China have entered a fast development period of urbanization, and the city scale extends continuously. With the uninterrupted expanding of the city proper, more and more rural areas of urban fringe have been encircled by the urban areas, and a kind of special region phenomenon-villages within urban have been formed.The essence of the villages within urban is the conflict and the fusion between the urban and rural, and it is the peculiar social phenomena in the course of urbanization due to the long-term practiced dual social management system in China.Since the late 90, the economy of Gui Yang have been experiencing a rapid development, and the city construction area have expanded continuously. As a result, the peripheral villages have been surrounded by the city proper. since these villages have not been digested and absorbed promptly, the quantity of villages within urban in Gui Yang have increased rapidly. In view of the serious influence caused by the villages within urban to the healthy development of urbanization and modernization of Gui Yang, it's necessarry to adopt the reasonable and valid system leading and the programming control.This paper takes the villages within urban in the center city proper of GuiYang as a object of study. Combining the economic and geographic characteristic of Gui Yang Citie, the paper firstly makes general study of the formation and its present condition of the villages within urban in Gui Yang, and particulaly studies the specific problem of the villages and then analyses and summarizes the type of the villages according to the research result. Secondly, this article carries on an analytical research to the material and non-material appearance of the villages within urban combining the related theories of the reformation of villages in urban, and attachs importance to the ways and operation modes of reformation of villages within urban. In the end, combined with the above research result, the paper puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestion in accordance with the second thought of the reformation plan of the villages within urban in Gui Yang.
