A Research In The Safety Control Of Reverse Construction

Due to the economic growth and people's demand for better dwelling environment, the management of construction projects has been developing rapidly in our country in recent years. Big cities have faced an increasing shortage of land for urban development; therefore to make full use of the underground space is where the contemporary architecture is driving to while it extends up in the sky for civil and commercial buildings. From general introduction to the development of the safety control of construction projects , the problems in the safety control of construction project and the features of safety of production in present China are analysed in detail. The principles, theories, factors and methods of the safety control of construction projects are also expounded. Based on the reverse construction of Guangren Commercial Building, the major issues concerning reverse construction are troduced such as the underground diaphragm wall, cast-in-place pile, concrete pile, no bond prestressed beam slab, earth excavation, and basement waterproofing, and explains the roles played by various parties involved in a project in the safety control. Though reverse construction has been in use for a long time, there is room for research and development. After the analyse of the major issues in the safety control of reverse construction, the project management and the humanization construction during the construction are suggested, meanwhile, mechanization technology and safety measures are put forward. in order to improve the safety control and remove hidden perils. Finally some suggestions concerning the application of reverse construction are also given.Through the analyse and research about the safety control of the reverse construction of Guangren Commercial Building, some experience in the safety control in reverse construction and underground works is provided, which is of applicational significance.
