| Because of the fast development of electrical power, the electrical energy metering becomes more and more important. It is needed urgently to establish a monitor system for anomaly of electric energy metering devices what based on terminal units. The paper analyzes various factors, which influence electrical power metering, and brings up a method to distinguish connect situation, and finish the design of terminal unit. It adopts DSP320TMSLF2407A and ATT7022B, which simplify hardware design and assure accuracy. When designing, anti-interference is considered, which will improve precision and stabilization of the instrument.
