The Research Of Monitor System For Anomaly Of Electric Energy Metering Device

Because of the reform of electric power market, the anomaly of electric energy metering device is value by people more and more, but the surveillance to electric power metering device originally already hasn't adapt the situation. Therefore, the paper put forward topic that studies information-based monitor system for anomaly of electric energy metering device. At first, the paper analyzed various factors that cause anomaly, study their technique characteristic ,and gave the monitor principles. And then, the paper completed the overall design of the monitor system, studied the software of master-station, and especially, its monitor function to the anomaly, and designed integrated database. In addition, the paper studied communication of the system, designed special communication protocol. The work above promoted the maturity and practicability of the whole system.
