Among many equipments of power plant, taking equipments of powder system as the main research object, profiting from the KKS code, code system that adapts equipments of our country power plant actual situation is proposed; equipment appraisal model has established using AHP-Fuzzy method.Current running status of the entire equipment can be concluded using this model; When the equipment needs to be maintained as soon as possible, the reasonable maintenance methods should be chose, and it causes the regular production time and the maintenance time to achieve the optimized assignment. Spot-inspection of equipments of powder system, can realize spot-inspection data acquisition widespread, spot-inspection standard computerized and spot-inspection management process ordered, thus reduce the equipment administrative personnel's labor intensity, and strengthen the practical application needs of equipment management.
