The Fault Testing Diagnosis System For Reefer Container Of Transport Ship

During the manage process of marine reefer container ,It is very important for the supervisor to find the trouble and solve the problem precisely and quickly. But at present, it is very difficult to finish all this kind of jobs only by themselves .In this dissertation ,the destination of my research job is to develop a kind of equipment which has powerful function in the process of reefer container fault test and diagnosis.Firstly ,after reading lots of documents and data,combined the status of manage and repair level of the reefer container in the word, according to the CARRIER reefer container control system , the whole control system, especially the alarm and fault disposition system is analysed , induced and sum up in this dissertation.Then contraposed different kind of troubles, different kind of diagnostic disposal method be carried out.Measure , alarm and fault diagnose is the necessary means which the control system can be maintained its workings normally .The expert fault diagnose system which has its powerful function is a important area of artificial intelligence.It can be carried out in different ways which has some perfect products turned out into being in different areas. Expert fault diagnose system provides a convenient and efficient method to process those complicated pragmatic issues.It established a good platform for us to deal with the complicated faults of printed circuit boards. In thesis,based on theory of Expert fault diagnose system, according to many years of maintence and repair of reefer container by our experts.adopting object-oriented VB as programming language,exploit a kind of convenient equipments to cope with the trouble-shooting jobs of printed circuit boards.The detail job is to use the formula to express the experte knowledge or experience to set up a repository of Expert fault diagnose system.Then find out the fault or fault area by comparing ratiocinating those alarm information from the control system.In addition to those general faults, with the port of original controller communicating with diagnotical equipment, the eqipment get the diagnotical information and deal with it, then give the measures of trouble-shooting jobs.
