Based Scada System Transmission Network State Detection And Fault Diagnosis Expert System

In this paper, the author analyzed the formers' theory of Artificial Intelligence technology firstly, then put forward EXPERT SYSTERMS based on SCADA systems of state supervision and fault diagnoses for transmit electricity network. The expert systems integrated expert system to SCADA system, which made itself more adaptive to practical applications.This paper developed the expert systems using CLIPS language. According to the state of monitor instruments, the expert systems can judge rapidly fault position and fault extent; and according to the value of voltage and current, can decide the kind of fault, even can value the distance of fault. In addition, the expert systems can make correct diagnose of multi-fault and malfunction of instruments. This expert systems conjoint expert system and SCADA system, with the functions of automatic state supervision, parameter preservation and diagnose start-up. The expert systems can work for ten familiar fault phenomena in transmit electricity network. The systems has good function and friendly interface and transparency, with simple interpret machine giving detailed explain for the progress of diagnose. The expert systems are implemented on PC using CLIPS language and C++ Builder language.The first part of the paper reviewed applications of artificial intelligence in fault diagnose for transmit electricity network, then the paper gives its own scheme: EXPERT SYSTERMS based on SCADA systems for state supervision and fault diagnoses in transmit electricity network. In the second part, the paper gives a summary of general theory in expert systems and CLIPS language. Then this paper discussed the feasibility to develop the expert systems and how to implement it at length.The expert systems is a prototype design, after modifying the start-up knowledge and part rules, it can be used to any other transmit electric network.
