Railway transportation is the most economical and convenient one of all kinds of overland vehicles. So as a middle-distance and high-speed conveyance, railway will be in the ascendant for long term. The key of the railway transportation is signal control, especially for the passenger train. There are many factors that affect the railway signal, so many people have paid close attention to the signal inspection and transmission of mechanical room. For a long term, many design stuff have put a lot of men power and material resource into this field, and have obtained some achievements.The purpose of the dissertation is to investigate a system of performing on-line and real-time detection of railway mechanical room signal with single chip microcomputer control system.1. The mechanical room signal is analyzed theoretically in the dissertation, this provide the theory basis for the design of system software and hardware.2. According to the theory and the actual requirement of the mechanical room, designed the structure of the railway mechanical room environment single chip microcomputer monitoring system.3. Provide the design of the hardware and software for the spot data acquisition subordinate computer system.4. Double isolation system is adopted in the hardware design to improve the system reliability.5. Power malfunction recording of whole system power off, designed RS-485 auto-switch circuit, control the switch unit with hardware instead of software, transmission and receiving are completed by hardware, no control from CPU, prevent from BUS locked caused by the multi-station in transmission status.6. The sensor that measure the temperature with wave width is adopted to measure the temperature.7. During measure the voltage, the square wave that get from voltage comparator is used to measure the phase sequence.8. Introduced software design base on the multitask and real-time requirement, summarized the experience of multitask and real-time system with low level single chip microcomputer.
