Study On Optimizing The Urban Spatial Morphology Of Yiwu-Based On "Compact Cell"

With the process of our urbanism, how to make use of limited space to guarantee the sustainable development of economy and city has become an urgent problem which wants to have a right way to resolve, "compact city" as an strategy of city space development, mainly use to control city overspreading and achieve sustainable development. But former research limited at principle discuss too much, this research puts forward the concept of "compact cell" in drawing lessons from the foundation of"compact city" ,sets out from the angles of society , space and transportation, and inquiried into the path of optimizing urban space form . The major part of the research is made up of four parts as follows : conceiving the concept of "compact cell" and research of the optimizing path, analyzing and optimizing the urban space form of Yiwu, the strategy of urban growth management.First, the research analysed the core of "compact city" and its development process .Second, the rearch put forward the concept of"compact cell" and upbuilt the coupling with the interior and exterior structure of urban space form, then inquired the optimizing path and its evaluation standard of urban space form. Third, the research analysed the regulation and motive mechanism of the evolvement of urban space, with this look for the possibility of the optimizing method based on "compact cell" .The part of applied example compartmentalizes the actuality land into some units and found out the problems, then optimized the interior and exterior structure of the urban space form base on the "compact cell" , and made an evaluation of the optimized result.The strategy part considered that "compact cell" is an unit for optimizing urban space form , as well as an unit of urban growth. Space planning as a public policy needs guarantee measures, so the research put forward some strategies such as urban UGB management, unit management, TOD mode and so on, in order to inquire the possibility of "compace cell" mode in the fulfillment.
