The Quantitative Simulation Study Of Compact Residential Area's Appropriate Space Capacity

The urban problems which are scarce land resources,urban population explosion,urban sprawl,poor ecological environment are followed with the development of the urbanization.People living in the city demand better living condition,solving the current situation with the development of city,living environment and living space,the city situation is in confict with the demand of the citizen.Experts proposed the concept of the “compact city” to solve the contradiction,living space play a important role in the city,it's the key research direction to establish compact and liveable residential area and appropriate space capacity.Firstly,The inadequacy and achievement of the research is concluded by researching the theoretical research about the compact settlements at home and abroad.Secondly,the problem and the characteristic of residential space at different ages in Tianjin is analyzed by taking system research to study Tianjin's residential area.The residential space form in Tianjin are limited to treat as the data reference index of the experimental sample.Then establishing the compact measurement model as evaluation method,developing a model of residential space experiments and researching linear relationship between compactness and space capacity by taking quantitative analysis to explore the optimal control range of the proper index of the space in the settlements;making the core requirements of the compact residential area as the principle,concluding the design strategy of the proper index of the space in the compact settlements by taking qualitative analysis.The design suggestion of compact residential district is proposed by analysing linear relationship between compactness and land use and functional structure to conclude the capacity range of the functional structure residential area,and the reform plan of the residential area in Tianjin's Ziyali is proposed according to the core requirements of compact residential area.
