This theses primarily built new style hollow block and proceeded mechanical analysis with ANSYS software .At the same time,the block's topology shape and geometric parameter is carried structure optimum design out which meet national standards.This paper has mainly several works as following.1. The merits and faults and its extensive long term potential of hollow block is indicated after investigation and study mass materals about hollow block's current status and new development both abroad and home.The initial scheme of new style hollow block is given out.The stress-strain relation type of the concrete hollow block was stated in this paper.2.ANSYS software and the method of buliding solid model was introduced to us . The hollow block's mechanical quality was analyzed with superface uniform load and received the stress or strain target that proceed strength design and appraise for through building parameterized hollow block finite element model.3.Hollow block's topology shape is proceed structure optimum design using optimizing module of the ANSYS. This optimization mostly took concrete hollow block 'cumulative volume as objective function, principal stretching strain state variable as constraint condition and hollow block abdominal cavity as optimization variable ,and adopted zero order method for optimum design and calculation.4.It can be found that initial value of optimization variable would directly influence optimization result and structure of hollow block with chamfer circle arcking be more rational than others ,which contrast parameter optimization results of three kind differ topology shape intracavity of hollow block. After syntheses comparison the result of optimization ,the model of hollow block with intracavity chamfer circle arcking for 15mm is selected and taken as best topology shape.5.This article is simply analysed heat engineering performance of hollow block and thought its design in mechanical property aspect proper as well as heat engineering performance comparison superiority.It possess favorable economic benefit and potential application.
