Study Of Synthetical Data Platform In Railway Construction Project Management

There is a new round of railway construction heat nowadays, but the informatization of railway construction project management is still lagged behind, which may affect and restrict the implementation of railway construction project and the operation of railway when it is constructed. Railway construction data has the characteristic of diversiform origin, diversiform category, diversiform format, and large quantity. It not only makes data integration harder but also restricts the development of informatization building in railway construction project. How to integrate and manage the railway construction data by use of information technology has become the central problem to be thoroughly discussed.This paper analyzed the data demand in railway construction and studied the data classifying method and data coding method. Meanwhile, after dividing the data of railway construction as special data, attribute data and document data, this paper studied the standard of data collection and metadata data.For the sake of data integration, this paper analyzed the spacial relationship, temporal relationship and operation relationship of data which exists in railway construction. The model of converting one-dimension data into two-dimensional data and the method of converting two-dimension data into three -dimension data was given when studied the relationship of spacial data. The temporal attribute of special data, attribute data and document data was studied when studied data's temporal relationship The method of building construction progress data and investment progress data using inspection lot data and the relationship between inspection lot data, test report data and the manage data of material and equipment was discussed when studied the relationship of operation.Finally, this paper put forward the method of data integration through technology of GIS and virtual reality and discussed the contrastive method of construction data according to temporal relationship. Meanwhile, this paper studied the construction method of special database, attribute database, document database and metadata database based. The research production has been used in JINGYIHUO railway construction at march,2006.This paper consists of seven chapters. First chapter mainly introduces the background, purport, the emphases and the difficulty of this paper; the second chapter references demand analysis. The third chapter studies the method of data classifying and coding and the standardization of metadata. The forth chapter analyzes the relationship between the data in railway construction. The fifth chapter studies the method of data integration. The sixth chapter introduces the synthetical data platform in railway construction project management in JingYiHuo railway construction; the seventh chapter, the last one, provides a summarization.
