The analysis and synthesis of mechanism are the foundation of complicated machine study.The mechanism study by bar-groups method not only can disassemble the motion of mechanism, but also can benefit the program design of motion module. Meanwhile, the mechanism of various types and motions can be obtained by synthesis of various bar groups with different modes, which can benefit the innovative design of mechanism.As the computer technology is developing by leaps and bounds, the computer-aided design and simulation of mechanism have got more and more extensive research and discussion. But most mechanism analysis softwares based on bar-groups theory limit to Classâ…¡bar groups, and seldom involve Classâ…¢bar groups or higher level bar groups. Meanwhile, automatic degree of most software is not high, and the mutual ability and commonability of which are not strong.Against current situation, based on domestic and international research results, this paper do deep research on the form and motion of Classâ…¡bar groups and Classâ…¢bar groups, and design a software for analysis and simulation of Classâ…¢mechanism under the environment of Windows, which use Visual C++ as the program platform. This software can link, modify and analyze Classâ…¢mechanism random, which has certain impetuses to the research and innovation of the mechanism.The main content and research results of this paper include:(1) The principle of Classâ…¡bar groups and Classâ…¢bar groups has been researched, and these two kinds of bar groups have been further detailed into eight component models. The rules of nomenclature and form of these eight component models have been presented, and meanwhile two motion models have been set up by vector method and constraint method.(2) The types of Classâ…¢bar groups have been discussed, and sixteen kinds of feasible Classâ…¢bar groups have been conformed finally.The rules of nomenclature in those have also been presented.(3) Based on the analysis of the components, the motion models of five Classâ…¡bar groups and three Classâ…¢bar groups have been discussed. The thought that studying the motion of bar groups by component analysis method has been presented, which can be used for reference by study of higher level bar groups.(4) A software for the motion analysis and simulation of Classâ…¢mechanism based on Classâ…¡bar groups and Classâ…¢bar groups has been designed. A thought of software design based on three class hiberarchy has been presented, and the corresponding module of each class has been set up. The main function, key arithmetic and interface design of the software have been expatiated. Some problems and details that should pay attention to in software design have been discussed, and the solutions have also been given.
