Data Fitting On Characteristic Curve Of Turbine And Its Software System

Since China is rich for her water resources, hydroelectricity makes up a very important part in the construction of our energy resources. With the rapid development of the hydroelectric industry in our country, its requirements for the technique of hydraulic machinery becomes higher and higher. Synthetic characteristic curve of turbine model is one of the important bases in optimum design, economical operation, transient numerical simulation of turbine. In earlier days, data management and drawing of characteristic curve are done by hands which have a great amount of works, great errors, as well as great reading errors, so it is hard to satisfy the modern design requirements.Mathematical model for calculating main parameters and drawing method of characteristic curve are briefly introduced in this dissertation. And the research sets forth the mathematical principle of fitting characteristic curve of turbine, including various interpolating and fitting methods, chooses SQL SERVER as developing tool which has great advantages and simple and flexible in use to count and manage the measured data, uses MATLAB software which has powerful functions and easy to learn to calculate and analyze the measured data and draw the turbine characteristic curve. The error of data fitting was analyzed. Finally, the software system of characteristic curve of turbine was builtTightly combining with engineering design, this software adopts object-oriented software developing method and modular structure which will facilitate software development and anaphase maintenance. The man-machine interface of this software is friendly and it is convenient for users to master. With its fast drawing speed and high precision, this software can liberate designers from strenuous works.
