With reform and openness deepening and social economy further development, energy and environmental question are outstanding day by day of our country. By the end of 2006, our country has already become the 2nd largest petroleum consumed country in the world; and there are 7 cities in our country in the most serious top 10 cities of pollution in the world. In recent years, following the automobile industry's high speed development, the automobile is playing a more and more important role in energy consumption and exhaust emission. In order to solve the problems of the auto industry of our country and the problems of the coordination development of the energy and environment, it is necessary to develop the technology of biofuels(ethanol and biodiesel) of vehicle, and make the vehicle fuel development strategy of sustainable development.Make the development strategy of vehicle fuel need to carry on overall comprehensive appraisal on vehicular biofuels, at the basis of the circulation of vehicular biofuels/vehicle technology fuel, combine energy structure and production status of our country, through data analysis and model simulation, analyze environment and energy benefit of circulation of WTW, which may be used in ethanol and biodiesel at present and in near future, establish the foundation for proposing the development strategy of vehicle fuel.While studying the influence of the environment and energy in use of vehicular biofuels, we can't only remain during the course of investigating the automobile uses (namely study various kinds of automobiles and use the corresponding energy efficiency of fuel and situation of exhaust), and we should in the view of visual angle of the whole life cycle, investigate environment and energy benefit caused by the whole circulation of various kinds of fuel from raw materials exploit , processing , transportation , usage.This article analyzed the basic content in the whole course of life cycle of vehicular biofuels evaluate at first, introduced domestic and international vehicular biofuels life cycle evaluate current situation of studying, explained GREET model method in detail.The vehicular biofuels of our country takes such base energy such as the ethanol and biodiesel. Under the guidance of GREET model research approach, this article separately explained the production methods of ethanol and biodiesel, transportation process at present, analyzed these vehicle fuel consumption and situation of exhaust in the process of producing, transporting. Finally used GREET model calculating and getting the concrete result of WTT analyzing stage of ethanol and biodiesel at present in our country, including energy consumption situation and the discharging situations of various kinds of discharging factors.The recent using situation of vehicular biofuels in our country can not change too much, but will have certain changes in the future. An important influence factor of development of vehicular biofuels recently of our country follows the convocation of international Olympic Games of 2008 of Beijing. According to vehicular biofuels development and the research conclusions of the related departments of foreign countries, this article make more detailed settlement on recent and long-term development goal of our country ethanol and biodiesel life cycle WTT analyzing stage'energy consumption and discharging etc. key factors. Utilize GREET model calculate concrete result of WTT analyze stage among ethanol and biodiesel in our country recently and in the future.Another important stage is TTW stage in life cycle of vehicle fuel, fuel economy, exhaust emission level and cost of use of the vehicle on this stage are the important components of energy consumption and discharging in the vehicle life cycle .This article analyzed the relevant basic data of cost of use of ethanol and biodiesel vehicles of our country on the present stage, calculated energy efficiency , the using expenses and the discharge levels of various kinds of important discharging factors; according to the current situation and the relevant fundamental policies of our country recently, predicted ethanol and biodiesel vehicles of energy efficiency, the using the expenses and the discharge levels of various kinds of important discharging factors.This article finally combined WTT stage evaluate result and TTW stage evaluate result of ethanol and biodiesel of the above in our country, summed up and got relevant results of WTW evaluate of the life of cycle of vehicular biofuels in our country. Brought relevant results into GREET model, according to result of its calculation analyzed and predicted vehicular biofuels energy consumption situation and pollutant situation of exhaust on the present situation stage , near future stage and long term stage of our country.The research of this article has offered corresponding technology consultation for vehicular biofuels development in the future of our country, has laid a certain foundation for the formulation of the tactics of vehicular biofuels.
