Azimuth aiming system is one of the key equipments of armament, its capability and precision influence the shoot accuracy of armament directly. Original azimuth zeroing is one of the three important process - zeroing, aiming, and loading - before the missile being launched. What is called shipborne ballistic missiles aiming - original azimuth zeroing - is to transfer the reference azimuth benchmark– zero azimuth - output by shipborne inertial navigation system to the azimuth servo loop on the shipborne inertial stage of the missile guiding system through the aiming loop , emendate the original azimuth of the stage automatically and accurately. Because of the development of the exact missile armament, more requirement for the technology of missile aiming precision is developed. At present, azimuth aiming systems are mostly equipped on the aground and shipborne inertial missile armament. For example, the aiming systems of homemade Dongfeng series are mostly equipped on the ground-to-ground and ship-to-ground strategic and tactical missile. Because the shipborne aiming system is influenced by ship rocked interference, hull transmutation and other instability factors, its aiming become more complex, the technology become more difficult. In order to get high aiming precision, the system must has a complete set of compensating system for itself.Following to the development of precision guided missile arm system, it is necessary to advance the opto-electronical orientation aiming technology. This article studies the CCD orientation auto-collimation technology, as well as analyses the mechanical and optical structure, which employs error theory. There is some worthiness for designing auto-collimational system.In this paper, a CCD photoelectric auto-collimation angle-measuring sub-system in the azimuth aiming system of one missile is projected and analysed by the numbers and roundly. Its purpose is to prepare to develop a tight, light, high accuracy, high reliability aiming system for practical engineering-oriented item, combining the traditional theory analyse and modern methods to advance its real time and measurement precision.
