Community Integration Of Xi'an City

Under the market economy rule, the disposition of the resources will realize better composition, so it appears the industry's gradual shift between areas and the industrial structure optimization in an area. Looking from the enterprise stratification, the phenomena of enterprise annexation, enterprise combination and the enterprise bankruptcy are unceasingly increasing and the overall level of social economy movement is gradually enhancing. However, it has two sides on the influence that the social economy system vicissitude brings to the individual life. On the one hand, income universally increases and the people's freedom degree of activity and the living standard have a bigger enhancement, on the other hand, the work intensity obviously increases and the burden of family aggravates. At the same time, the social differentiation degree enhances and the difference between the rich and the poor is bigger and bigger. In this situation, community is rediscovered as the people's social life space and the community of the social life. Depending upon the construction of community to realize the social stability, abate the staffs extra worries and comprehensively improve people's living quality becomes the hot spot the society paying attention to in new times. For the city community in vicissitude, the community integration is in the frequent and mutual dynamic process, such great difficulty, comprehensive things and lots of questions have never appeared in the history. However, the tendency of the community structure vicissitude can be known and grasped. Through grasping the pattern of the community integration, exploring constructing the new community integration pattern to accomplish the community integration ,impel the society integration and promote community and society's coordinated development, which is not only a possible theory exploration but also has the explicit practical significance.The author investigated the Mingdemen Community in Xi'an based on the study of theory about community integration and the sense of feeling at home in the community. Through the investigation, the author find that the difference of community integration extent is obvious, the community service cannot meet the community residents' needs, the community residents' demands of community facilities is constantly improving and the community administration is worse which lead to the weakness of the sense of feeling at home in the community. Besides, aiming at the universal problem of the weak sense of feeling at home in Mingdemen and other communities in Xi'an city, the author put forward some concrete measures, from material planning, planning and design and society development three aspects, to enhance the sense of home in community and promote the community integration and the community's quick and stable development.
