Study On The Optimization Method Of Community Boundary Of Wulidian Community Based On The Idea Of Public Participation

The traditional community planning,especially administrative boundary,with the same traditional urban planning,is considered to be experts and government officials "elite strategy",the performance of "top-down" feature prepared; however,as residents of the community autonomous organizations,community residents should be as the main manifestation of social work "bottom-up" formulation characteristics. "Public participation" mechanism just becomes a lever contact relationship between the two.In recent years,China’s community planning is in increasing,especially in public participation,but most in the initial stages of symbolic participation,failed to fully carry out. The so-called public participation,just focus on the pre-planning data collection and planning outcomes,not deep into the planning of the development of the core level.Thus the concept of public participation in community planning should also continue to deepen and implementation.With the changes in the update of the city, people’s attention is the most important part in community size and management, and the administrative boundary optimization community more and more take people’s attention. The article summarizes the emergence and development of communities,community boundaries and the significance and status of border issues existing in the community,then made factors,principles and methods of optimization of border communities.Based on the "public participation" concept,the thesis proposed a integral framework for public participation in community,incule the design optimal adjustment of administrative boundary of the whole process,from participation in groups, organizations, participate in the process,etc.It proposed optimization strategies community administrative boundaries.This paper attempts to use Wulidian Street Community in Jiangbei District of Chongqing as a case, from the boundary optimization community this research topic of public participation in planning,development concept applied to the community, the thesis attempt that the study can be the basis for Chongqing city community, and even the boundaryoptimization problem of national community update process provides the working train of thought feasible and solutions, to promote the community planning and management in a more standardized and more efficient direction.
