Chengdu Swellfun Liquor Workshop And Site Conservation

Chengdu Swellfun liquor workshop site is discovered as the first case of Chinese liquor history area. Swellfun Site is the important physical material for studying the liquor's origin and history. The site is considered as "a historic book of Chinese liquor". In 2001, it became the country units of culture heritage.The dissertation research is about Swellfun liquor workshop sites and the environment. Taking the international cultural heritage conservation theory as basement, with reviewing Swellfun liquor workshop and its environmental history, after studying the archaeological materials of Swellfun liquor workshop and researching the status of its site and environment, the cultural heritage value and inner meaning of Swellfun site are re-evaluated and re-discussed. The aims and principles of conservation plan are determined. Meanwhile, the research on the scale for protecting heritage and the district for controlling construction, and the methods of tangible and intangible heritage protection have been studied based on a systemic program.
