Study On The Present Situation Of Protection And Reuse Of Industrial Building Heritage In Downtown Area Of Chengdu

Chengdu is the first batch of national historical and cultural city,with 2,300 years of uninterrupted history of urban development,urban area has a rich historical and cultural heritage.Industrial architectural heritage is an important part of cultural heritage.With the rapid development of downtown Chengdu,the industrial architectural heritage that originally carried the city's glory is rapidly disappearing.In this context,the author summarizes the existing protection and utilization work in Chengdu,and draws on the practical experience of successful cases in other regions at home and abroad to explore the industrial building heritage protection and reuse strategy suitable for Chengdu.These tasks have an urgent and important practical significance for the continuation of the urban context and the spirit of the construction site.Based on the analysis of the development and research status of industrial building heritage protection and utilization at home and abroad,this paper first systematically sorts out the historical history of industrial development from Chengdu to modern times,and divides the development of industrial buildings into three historical stages,followed by details.It introduces the historical development characteristics of Chengdu industrial and industrial buildings.On the basis of on-the-spot investigation and mapping of the typical industrial building heritage of the Chengdu Industrial Heritage Protection List,its existing characteristics and architectural features are summarized.Combined with qualitative and quantitative evaluation,the value evaluation system of Chengdu industrial building heritage is formulated.Then,the four typical models of the reuse of industrial buildings in Chengdu are summarized,and the architectural design methods in reuse are summarized.Finally,based on the relevant domestic and international practice case studies,the paper puts forward some targeted suggestions for the future protection and reuse work based on the existing problems of the protection and reuse of industrial building heritage in Chengdu.
