Study On The Priority Technology And Elevation Of Urban Public Traffic System

With the rapid development of the city economic, the advancement of the urbanization rapidly makes the population get together, makes the traffic increase continually and sharply, which lead to the contradiction between the traffic requirement and the facilities of the road traffic directly. Urban public traffic has become the main measure to solve that contradiction. The country, the government and the traffic planer has pay attention to urban public traffic increasingly.This paper analysis and summarize the measure system of urban public traffic priority based on the opportunities and challenge of the development of the bus traffic priority; to evaluate the bus lane and bus-only approaches through discussing on the main content of the bus traffic priority, including the priority roadway and the priority intersection; to analysis the capacity of the bus stops and the control tactics of urban bus priority based on the fractal theory, to discuss the feasibility of this control tactics, control mechanism and technology sport; to analysis three affects from the city road network after using the bus priority, including influence to the capacity of urban traffic network and then we put forward the conception of capacity of urban traffic network; function of optimizing the traffic construction and so on. To put forward the comprehensive evaluation system to urban public traffic system; combining data envelopment analysis, we raise comprehensive evaluation model and then give an example; because of no artificial factor, the result of evaluation will more effective and reasonable. This evaluation makes for the comparison of level of aggregation of urban public traffic between different cities in the same period or the single city in the different period.
