The development of large-span spatial structures made the form selection more complicated and important. In order to make the form selection of large-span spatial structures more scientific and insure the design'quality and improve the capability of the structures, study on the optimum form selection of large-span spatial structures based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is put forward.The forms of large-span spatial structures are introduced in this disquisition. Combined with the roof project of the OLYMPIC Club building, using AHP, the index system of form selection of large-span spatial structures is established. Using Fuzzy math, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is set up. Power coefficient of each index is worked out with fuzzy two element contrast method. According as the expert-inquisition method, the index judgement matrix is set up. Finally, the optimum result is worked out by four kinds of arithmetic. Compared with each differentiate of result of arithmetic and the result after the power coefficient of sub-target is adjusted 13704984689, the optimum objective of the form selection of large-span spatial structures is achieved. The system of form selection of large-span spatial structures is done with Visual Basic6.0.
