Evaluation Of Water Saving Society Construction Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process And Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

Water is the material basis for human survival and social economic development, and it is an important guarantee for sustainable economic development. With the rapid expansion of population and the rapid growth of economy, the shortage of water resources has threaten the survival of mankind.Therefore, building a water-saving society is not only an important way to solve the shortage of water resources in China, but also an inevitable choice for China to build a well-off society in an all-round way and to carry out the sustainable development. So the research on the evaluation of water-saving society construction is conducive to the sustainable development of social economy, and it is of great significance to guide the construction of water-saving society.Based on the analysis of the background, research status and progress of water saving society construction in China, this paper analyzes the concept of water saving, the connotation of water-saving society and the necessity of building a water-saving society in China. By reference to the Water Conservancy Department promulgated the water-saving social evaluation index system for the construction of (Trial) "and combined with the water resources characteristics of Funing County Funing County water-saving society construction evaluation index system is determined and the construction of water-saving society in Funing County were evaluated according to the evaluation results put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Connotation and development of water saving society constructionBased on the research results of scholars at home and abroad, this paper expounds the connotation of the concept of water-saving and water-saving society construction, introduced China’s water-saving society proposed process, put forward the goal of the construction of water-saving society in our country.(2) Study on evaluation index system of water saving society constructionCombined with the actual characteristics of Funing County to construct a comprehensive index, index of water saving management, living water and ecological indexes, water-saving social evaluation index system, this paper researches the water-saving society construction evaluation index system and determine the evaluation criteria of the evaluation index of building a water-saving society by reference to the domestic and foreign literature.(3) Study on Evaluation of water saving society constructionThis paper uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on the construction of water-saving society in Funing County of the comprehensive evaluation. The result shows that Funing County 2014 water-saving society construction are in the middle stage and 2020 water-saving society construction are in good stage. According to the evaluation results, put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
