This topic originates from an item on technical innovation in Pingzhuang coal mine of Chifeng , which mainly researched the theory of the multi-level centrifugal water pump capability parameter testing ,the analyzed errors and built the measurement and control system and guarantees the examination system to achieve the precision in B level provided by state. Its main content as follows:Firstly, status and developing trend of the water pump testing techniques are introduced. Secondly, has emphatically discussed the research composing of the measurement and control system, the theory of testing and method of measurement about the water pump flux , pressure, axial power,rotate speed , and the electromotor coil resistance.In order to increase the measuring accuracy ,the method of analyzing wasting is raised ,which is used to measure the axial power.Thirdly, the microprocessor's hardware system is designed according to the actual operation requirements.The system can realize the collection and saving of data,communicate with upper machine ,and so on.In addition, but also has made the analysis the general precision of the system and studies the main sources of the system errors, has established the mathematical model of choosing the accuracy of the instruments.Through the study in the paper, especially the research of measurement and control system,measurements of axial power and error analysis,can provide pratical significance in the measure and control system of water pump.
