Finned radiator has been used more and more widespread because advanced structure, high coefficient of heat transfer, low material consumption, light weight. National traditional assembling process and equipment severely affect quality and tightness performance of full-aluminium braze welding radiator. Imported assembly machine is very expensive but production efficiency isn't so high. So developing new type full-aluminium braze welding radiator-core assembly machine substitute for import is very necessarily. Study of this article from engineering practical application designs scheme of pressing and expanding tube equipment of radiator-core assembly machine, establishes its kinematics model and designs its structure; Applies feature based parametric model design technology in design process ,by using Pro/E to design and build virtually assembled model improves design efficiency and reduces the probability making mistakes; Using ADAMS establishes multi-rigid body virtual prototype, gets kinematics and dynamics performance curve of virtual prototype, further proves structure rationality and design validity, establishes stabile foundation for further improvement.
