The deviation of building is a usual engineering incident of soft sub grade. This dissertation is about the interaction analysis method between superstructure, pile foundation and sub grade. It deals mainly with the incline analysis and deviation rectifying method of a high building resting on thick and soft soil. The major content of this dissertation is as follows:(1)The stiffness adopt sub structuring method to consider a superstructure has affected,the model building be built that analytical superstructure and basis and foundation combined action fiat surface meet the emergency finite element method. And process having simulated a building deviation rectifying with what be built model, the result with routine analysis method has carried out comparison.(2)Adopt the reaction simulating the distant area soil infinite element, uses finite element method to simulate the reaction being close to the building soil, uses basic and finite element method and infinite element boundless border coupling analysis method to analyze the weak upper deep foundation basis. The basis deformation form, and the result with adopt finite element method to imitate only have carried out process foundation and pole having simulated analysis with combined action analysis model since the pole basis vicinity floor large area stack is loaded with deviation rectifying comparing.(3)Specifically for actual engineering geology condition and the condition being under construction, the mechanism of deviation rectifying with the Method of Relieving Sub ground-stress is investigated with one case which has the practice condition of engineering and building. The qualitative concept and qualitative comparison are proved by F.E.M.(4)Specifically for the entire proceeding deviation rectifying, to entireness deviation rectifying, process has assumed numerical value analysis.The dissertation have set forth superstructure and pole basis and foundation combined action analysis method more systematic, method properness the conclusion reasonableness that the deformation form, gains having discussed the basis and foundation specifically for the floor deviation rectifying with incline pile produce to the building being designed and deviation rectifying adopts to have guiding significance.
