At present, the object study of natural science and science technique have many indeterminate and various factors, is outstanding in soil engineering. The material parameter, the several size, the lotus carry, etc, usually has indetermination in soil engineering, these the factors of indetermination sink to have very great influence in the foundation settlement and credibility.The foundation settlement and credibility mainly is influenced by the material function parameter, the boundary condition and the outside lotus carry in soil engineering, which has the indetermination of the space. The foundation should be consider for the function of the random field, whose field of stress and move all has a random field of characteristic. It is dispersed with method of local average to 3D random fields of the mechanical parameters, and takes perturbation with stochastic finite element method, then derives the formulas of foundation settlement. The analysis method of the rate statistics is leaded to finite element analysis. The Value and Variance of the begged quantity about stress move of the foundation and so on. And then the foundation settlement is sinking to decline credibility analysis.In the number analysis of the soil engineering, this paper takes the stochastic space coupling model with a stochastic finite and infinite element coupling method to carry on the characteristic analysis of the static and dynamic properties with stochastic lotus carry in elastic foundation settlement. It is taken to carry on the number calculation imitate in foundation Settlement by the Matlab procedure. It takes which this kind of method is Possibility in soil engineering, and the accuracy is higher. It is mainly taken to carry on credibility analysis in foundation settlement, which effectively lowers the influence with the indetermination, raises the accuracy and safety, such as designing and construction of freeway faceplate, airport apron, cargo hold of wharf and plated foundation.
