The Study On Intercourse Space Of Office Architecture

In order to improve the work efficiency and living conditions in modern society, this paper studies the space which is used by office workers for communication and intercourse in the office buildings. It is based on the psychology, environmental science, space linguistics to analyze the relationship between the architectural culture, environment, symbols and the people's physiology and psychology; to research the space characteristic and the developmental trend of modern office space; to discuss the design techniques of communal communication space in modern office buildings.The basic conditions for space designing was to comply with the users and deal with the relationship between human and environment very well. The environmental psychology researched the human reactions towards the space and environment where he or she was in. And the space linguistic studied the exact implementing measures. The method and the expressing way of intercourse space designing were How to apply various spaces into design.This paper also discussed the exact designing method of official intercourse space and its schools. The intercourse space had different forms in different official buildings. Every space with various functions could be designed through combining with the intercourse spaces. Then after analyzing in terms of the design function, decoration, culture, designing methods and verifying by examples, this paper proposed the designing method of intercourse space.The official buildings took a significant role in modern social development, so it was the key problem faced by the architects and the key effect of this research to advance the designing level of official buildings.
