Study Of The Existing Problems And Its Solution Of The Government Supervision Of The Municipal Engineering's Quality Of Hefei City.

Compulsive quality supervision on behalf of the government's behavior, society surveillance and quality control inside business make up the system of the quality management used in china nowadays. But in the actual engineering construction, the function, the status, the responsibility and the duty of the government supervision still needs to be further defined.Hefei city has been carrying on the big construction in recent years. The reform and the practice in the domain of the government supervision of the municipal engineering's quality should be worth studying. This article first analyzed the action and the existing problems of the government supervision of the municipal's quality, and discussed the characteristic and the status of the government supervision. Meanwhile, this article borrowed and compared with the developed country's government supervision of the municipal engineering's quality. This article also analyzed the system evolution and the reform direction of the government supervision of the municipal engineering's quality.On the base of summarizing the author's practical work experience and referring to great number of document, the author analyzed, discussed and studied the present situation, the relational system's improvement, the existing problems and its solution of the government supervision of the municipal engineering's quality in detail. Meanwhile, the author proposed his own view about how to improve the "omni-directionally" government supervision of the municipal engineering's quality of Hefei city.
