Analysis On Government Management Of Yueqing Municipal Engineering Construction

In our country,the municipal engineering administrative department has the dual identities of the supervisory agency and the leading agency,which seriously affects the development of municipal engineering management.The quality management of municipal projects is extremely important,involving all aspects of the vital interests of the government to control the investment in the project also has greater help.At the same time,municipal engineering represents the image of the party and the government,the quality requirements of the project is also particularly stringent.In view of this,this paper takes Yueqing municipal engineering construction as the research object,and through the analysis of the status quo and the problems existing in the government management,puts forward a way to improve the quality of the project construction,so as to strengthen the supervision of municipal engineering quality.In order to continuously maintain the public interest and raise the project quality supervision to multi-level and all-round aspects,the author will combine the experience of quality supervision in municipal engineering systems,write essays and improve the quality supervision and management of Yueqing project.This paper analyzes the current status of municipal engineering quality supervision in Yueqing City,points out some problems in management awareness,operational level and implementation mechanism as well as the constraints on municipal engineering risk factors.The author believes that the government should clearly implement the goal,do a good job norms and take effective measures.On this basis,I put forward some personal opinions and suggestions through the interpretation of the relevant system of government supervision of municipal engineering quality in Yueqing City.At present,all that needs to be done is to optimize and transform the existing regulatory agencies,improve their own business standards,further realizemarket-oriented management,improve the supervision over the performance of quality-oriented responsibilities of the five-party entities,and establish a performance management evaluation mechanism.Hope that through the study of this topic,we can provide some useful reference for the supervision and management of municipal engineering projects in China,with a view to the quality of municipal engineering construction in our country getting better and better.
