Artillery Auto Feed System is the application of industrial robot to the field of military,it requests real-time feature strictly upon its control console. This paper carries out a research on the PC control of Artillery Auto Feed System.At the beginning,the paper discuss the development of PC-based control technology at home and abroad and also its problems,the main point is the problem that lack of real time feature on Windows based PC control system and the solution to it in common use.Then introduce the mechanism briefly and determine the whole control scheme.The system adopts the upper and lower control scheme,at the same time,the selection of upper PC's hardware is also presented in paper.In view of the importance of temporal logic analysis, the paper introduces the theory of Finite State Machine to this matter.After introducing Stateflow and some relative concepts, use MATLAB/Stateflow to simulate and analyse the temporal logic of the Artillery Auto Feed System,at last, through modifying the time constant,get the final temporal logic chart and apply it to the programming of the control software.Take account of the weakness of Windows's weak real time feature, use the real time extension software RTX produced by Ardence when designing the control software.In this paper,the system structure of RTX, timer with high accuracy and so on is introduced,the real time feature of RTX is also tested and analysed.The control software is divided into two parts,real time and none real time,both of them are developped in Visual C++6.0,some important points in the process of designing are presented.Finally, carry out the debug of the software ,and use the testing platform built on dSPACE to measure the temporal logic chart in the mode of single action,one period action and circulative action.
