| Zhujiang Bridge is an important, large bridge on Guangzhou Outer Ring Expressway with the total length of 1093.5m. It is a dual-direction, six-lane, single-deck bridge with the separate structure of left and right line. The infrastructure of the bridge is consist ofΦ1.5m,Φ2.0m bored piles, while the superstructure consisist of continuous rigid structure. Main piers are dual-thin walled structures and side piers are column form structures. The bridge belongs to deep water foundation with large spans.The method of cantilever construction has been widely used in engineering. Concrete is poured balancedly on the spot in two sides of the pier, construction on driving prestressed steel rib, and moving models is carried out when the concrete reaches enough strength. The hanging basket is employed to a moving mould on the construction. All above are carried out on the hanging basket so as to pouring the concrete, binding steel ribs and stretching prestressed steel ribs. So the hanging basket brings out the significant effect on the whole construction of the bridge.The main work of this paper is given as follows:First,select suitable hanging basket on the contrary,it from a lot of styles of the hanging baskets in the world. An ideal hanging basket should has some specialities, such as light weight,convenient installation. Various styles have been listed in this paper,but only two styles of the hanging basket are adopted because this bridge has the arm of the variable cross-section, furthermore,if one type of the hanging basket is used, which will result too small dip angle of the stayed cable belt and too big horizontal force.Second,design and calculate to the hanging basket. Because the hanging basket is belongs to highrised operation,so enough strength is necessary.Here,we have calculated the separate part of the beam according to their loading specialty,so as to select part of the whole beam and avoid to unsafty situation.Third,explain the constructing technique of the hanging basket used in the construction of the cantilever beam. This paper also gives some suggestions to the consrtuction on standard parts and gathering parts of the beam. So this paper seems to have some value on the bridge construction. |
