In recent years,with economic development bridge become more linght-weight and long-span.Cable-stayed bridge,as one of the most competitive bridge type,have been developing rapidly in 1960 s,.As the main construction technology of concrete cable-stayed bridge,hanging basket did so?Zhongshan xiaolan waterway bridge owns bilateral box girder structure,a bridge width of 35.5 m.and parallel-double-cable plane.Short platform guy hanging basket has a more complicated structure with more anchor points,and planar cantilever beam model of the Long-platform hanging basket can hardly describe it's mechanical relationship for it's spatial features.Besides,the equivalent flexural rigidity is difficult to calculate because the front-end deformation coordination.Facing with actual problem of Short platform guy hanging basket in simulated calculation,this article did following work to give a reference of the using and simulated calculation of same kind hanging basket.(1)To slove the problem of calculate difficulty of equivalent flexural rigidity of hanging basket,the author analysised the performance of the hanging basket with finite element model of the basket and measured results,calculated it's required pre-tension force both in working state and in walking state.,movever evaluated it's stability against overturning and buckling stability.(2)With the solid model of the anchor beam,the author contrastively analysised the stress influence of the force of anchor points to the anchor beam,analysised the basket's stress distribution and load situation of anchor beam in working sation,evaluated computational accuracy of bridge rod model,and draw the main concusions as follows:as short-term process the construction of hanging basket will not influence the long-term stress state of anchor beam;the stress increase at anchor point is up to 2~3MPa,and the internal stress of the beam section transfers to the concrete area with large supporting rigidity;but it does not affect the structural safety;the compressive stress of inner side web of 8# box can be increased by 6 MPa,so enough stress space is need necessary during construction;simplified simulation scheme has some errors in obtaining local stress,but the stress of the post anchor beam section meets the requirement of construction control.(3)The anchor summarized the simulation method of common basket,studied the concept and algorithm of the equivalent load stiffness of the single beam model of the composite hanging basket of the short platform,determined the loading ratio of the simulated load by two methods of Iterative computation of finite element simulation and analytical method.Furthermore,analyzed the load lateral distribution of the hanging basket.
