In this paper, the nonlinear analysis of special-shaped columns as L shape, T shape and十shape is conculated by Section Builder .It is acquired which about the curvature ration, yield bearing capacity, terminal bearing capacity for special-shaped columns, with taking account of axial compression ratio, load angle, stirrup space and the long breadth ratio. The reasonable axial compression, load angle and the ratio of stirrup of special-shaped columns are gained from the contrastive analysis.This paper's researches are carried out based on a special-shaped frame-shear wall structure with 13 floors. The high-rise building's analysis on seismic response (Modal analysis, The elastic analysis under frequently earthquake) aided by SAP2000, a FEA software. The author selected three earthquake waves and a response spectrum to analyze. The displacements of the floors, the displacement angles of the adjacent floors have been compared, find the rational arrangement of shear walls.After find the rational arrangement of shear walls, make a research about eligible highness of shear walls. Delete the shear walls of top floor, the displacement of the floors and the displacement angles of the adjacent floors is smaller than original structure. Structure's lateral stiffness is not changed .It is concluded that not all frame-shear wall structures need to extend their shear walls to the height of entire structure by analyzing the eligible highness of shear walls.
