This article use the A4VSG750, a swashplate and tilting cylinder block type axial plunger pump, which produced by REXROTH to be research object. Analysis how piston dip angle, valve plate deflection angle, inlet pressure and swash plate angle size influence the cavitation flow processes, the pressure of the plunger and the cylinder pressure peak in the instantaneous flow axial piston pump. The specific work in the following order:First, produce the 3D model of the A4VSG750 tilting cylinder block type axial plunger pump, extraction the waterway of the cylinder, the valve plate groove back and the triangular slot. Then use the thin-cut methods to mesh grid of the key positions of waterway, such as spherical assignment with the Deputy Vice-film.Second, according to actual working conditions under the pump to set the boundary conditions and the establishment of the transient model, in keeping with the actual situation, creating a compressibility of hydraulic oil, and according to product specification requirements, improve the inlet of the oil pressure.Finally, import the model into Star-CD CFD simulation software, and through the extraction, analysis of data, then get the following conclusions:For a spherical assignment tilting cylinder block type axial plunger pump, changing the piston dip angle, the wrong supporting roles angle, swash plate angle, oil pressure and outlet pressure will influence the flow pulse, pressure shock in cylinder, the cylinder hydraulic pressure to push anti-torque. Appropriate increasing in plunger angle can reduce the probability occurrence of cavitation; Choosing a smaller valve plate deflection angle can reduce the pulse coefficient, reduce the impact of the fuel tank pressure; Increasing the suction pressure can reduce the vacuum in the cylinder, and reduce cavitation noise; Increasing swashplate angle can reduce the flow pulsatiliry index, but increase the pressure shock in cylinder. This article studied the axial piston pump in the best working state of the size parameters:The piston dip angle is 4.2°; The valve plate deflection angle is 5°; The suction pressure is 2.5MPa; The plate angle is 13°.
