Research Of Supervisory Control System Of Subsatation Based On IEC61850

At present, IEC61850 is an international standard for the seamless communication architecture in Substation Automation System (SAS).The aim of IEC61850 is to accomplish real interoperability of SAS.This paper analyses the principles of communication architecture,to design the supervision and control system based on IEC61850.The main works of this article are as follows.The background and main contents of IEC61850 have analysed in this article. And the characteristics and core contents are introduced.Then the foreign and domestic progress about this series standard have summarized.The main function and structure of the traditional SAS's supervision and control system have introduced.Four kinds of supervision and control system that based on IEC61850 have introduced and analyzed, their advantages and disadvantages have compared in the article too.The OPC technique has adopted to design the communication management system that based on IEC61850.first, the software packages of KOSRDK and KOCRDK have be applied to establish the OPC server.Then use the ATL to design interface of OPC client.Finally use twice mapping to implement IEC61850 to OPC object and sevice mapping.According to the praxis, two kinds of means to build database system are presented. One is parse SCL to static state build database.Though parse the SCL document's information,design database's sheet to realize basic function of database,such as access,index,amend and maintenance,etc.This method adapt to the system's initial stages.Another is to make use of a MMS technique dynamic build database, realize the Plug-and-play of IED. This method adapt to the system's update access.The establish mothods of Relational database and Object-Orient database have be designed, and two systems have be compared.
