As far as the hydraulic power has been concerned, the variable piston pump maybe is the most complexity component in this area. Comparing with other power supply system it has some unique virtues, most of all, energy saving lead a very important role in industrial department when facing the critical situation of energy shorting. So virable piston pump made it be seasoned with this requirement. And also together with its lower noise and advanced control technology are the factors that governing the choice of the most suitable drive. Perfect performance in hydraulic drive system, especially in plastic injection molding machine, made it became the first choice of power supply.Partly due to its relative complexity, several analytical methords have been developed over this years to electro-hydraulic proportional variable piston pump. The approach adopted in this thesis is based on computer simulation with the Matlab software.What we are taking it into research of electro-hydraulic proportional variable piston pump here is made by the Push Drive Co., Ltd Wuliangye & Push Group. Pressure character of virable piston pump in this paper has been given a lucubration, not only considering its orifice shape but also the structural of control system. A summary of valve parameters applicable to round control orifices is tabulated. Comparing with rectangular control orifices the model of electro-hydraulic proportional variable displacement piston pump is built to get an optimized lap condition. Pressure control characteristics are carried through by simulation. Key parameters of valve are analyzed, which provides practical computer aided design method for designing and optimizing electro-hydraulic proportional variable displacement piston pump. One of the objectives of this thesis is to help improving the respond performance of virable piston pump in design period. Often we encountered some difficulty in tackling the dynamics of hydraulic control systems in view of their relative complexity as compared with a single part of component.Dynamic responses of the electro-hydraulic proportional variable piston pump are tested through the simulation and experiment, which offers theoretical foundations of the following design and reform.
