For its good anti-seismic performance,RC (SRC) shear wall is widly used in tall buildings. The research about high shear wall is extensive,because its mechanics concept is clear, and the calculation theory about it is also perfect. The research about RC low-rise shear wall which is widly used in civil engineering is few both at home and abroad, its performance is not completely known at present. So it is necessary to carry on further researches on the performance of the RC (SRC) low-rise shear wall.Based on the former researches and combined the correlative literature, this thesis is mainly carried on about three part works hereinafter:(1).Analyzes the constitutive relationships of concrete,ordinary steel bar and section steel, then sets up a RC (SRC) low-rise shear wall finite element analysis.(2) .Elaborate the nonlinear finite element theory about the RC (SRC) shear wall and a computer program was developed with FORTRAN Powerststion.(3).Using the computer program, analyses the bearing performance of 5 RC (SRC) low-rise shear walls,and compared the result with the data calculated by the code.
